In response to Tudor Dixon’s first TV ad of the 2022 general, released with just 13 full days left in her campaign, MDP Chair Lavora Barnes issued the following statement:
“After relying entirely on the coffers of special interests and the DeVos family, bought-and-paid-for Tudor Dixon is running her own ad. Like every other effort to her benefit that has spammed the airwaves this cycle, Dixon spends more time distracting from her dangerous agenda to ban abortion with no exceptions for rape, incest, or health of the mother and decimate funding for schools, public safety, and infrastructure than offering any plan to move Michigan forward and boost our economy. Voters know they can trust Governor Whitmer to get things done for Michiganders.”
