LANSING — Mike Rogers continues to face trouble in the “crowded” and “unruly” GOP Senate primary. Even as he tries to dismiss his opponents, Republicans are getting louder and louder with their opposition to his candidacy.
SHOT: Monday, Rogers declares the Senate primary is “done” following Trump’s endorsement.
CHASER: Today, 25 RNC delegates in the Michigan Republican Party have signed a resolution urging Trump to rescind his endorsement of Rogers.
The delegates bash Rogers, saying “the Republican Party has no place for elected leaders who serve special interests.”
