LANSING — The Michigan Democratic Party announced today its Delegate Selection Plan for the 2020 Democratic National Convention along with a 30-day public comment period.
The plan formally describes the process of how the Michigan Democratic Party will select its delegates for the 2020 Democratic National Convention (July 13–16, 2020). During the 30-day comment period, the public can submit comments, questions, and concerns regarding the plan.
After the 30-day public comment period has completed, the Delegate Selection Plan will be submitted to the Michigan Democratic State Central Committee for final revisions and submission to the Democratic National Convention Committee for review and approval.
Michigan’s Democratic presidential primary will take place on Tuesday, March 10, 2020.
