Macomb County Democrat Slams Lara Trump’s Sterling Heights Rally

LANSING–– The Michigan Democratic Party released the following statement on behalf of Macomb County Commissioner candidate and Sterling Heights resident Carole Chi in response to Lara Trump’s Sterling Heights rally:

“As Lara Trump parachutes into Sterling Heights in a desperate attempt to spin for her father-in-law, Macomb County is suffering from Donald Trump’s broken promises. Pit stops by Trump’s in-laws can’t hide the fact that Macomb County has faced plant closures and job losses and relentless sabotaging of our health care from Donald Trump while this failed president hands out tax cuts to his rich friends and politically connected cronies. Macomb County is ready to stand up and reject Donald Trump in 2020.”
