This Saturday, US Sen Chris Murphy and US Rep Maxwell Frost joined a packed room of Dems in Warren to call out Rep. John James for hiding from his constituents
LANSING — In case you missed it, Michigan Dems held a People’s Town Hall in a packed room in Warren to call for accountability from Congressman John James, who hasn’t held a town hall meeting all year. Instead of standing up for the Michiganders he represents, James has abandoned his constituents to support Trump’s reckless agenda, lining billionaires’ pockets. With hundreds of attendees gathered, Michigan Democrats highlighted exactly how dangerous Trump and his agenda are for Michiganders and their families.
With guests Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy and Florida Congressman Maxwell Frost, Michiganders highlighted the critical programs that Trump and James have put on the chopping block: Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, and more. In a time when their families and livelihoods are at risk, Michiganders are showing up and demanding better from their representatives.
