At a round table in Macomb yesterday, Chair Hertel moderated a discussion on how Trump has hurt veterans, seniors, small businesses, and more
LANSING — In case you missed it, local Macomb Michiganders came together yesterday for a roundtable hosted by Chair of the Michigan Democratic Party Curtis Hertel to discuss the impact of the Trump administration on veterans, health care, and our economy. Their discussion highlighted the litany of broken promises from Donald Trump in his first 100 days, from his failure to lower costs to his failure to bring jobs back to Michigan.
In every way that matters, Donald Trump has sacrificed the well-being of Miciganders and their families for an agenda that will only ever benefit his fellow billionaires. Whether in his first 100 days or his next, Trump will never stand up for working families.

- Michigan Democrats released a statement criticizing Trump’s visit, calling his agenda dangerous and accusing him of trying to fool Michigan residents.

The worst part is that this was always the plan.”
