Tonight, James (Clark) Craig launched his bid for governor a *fourth* time and announced he would be mounting a write-in campaign after he failed to qualify for the ballot because he submitted nominating petitions that contained thousands of forged and fraudulent signatures.
While MIGOP appeared to hit rock bottom today after Ryan Kelley was arrested by the FBI for his role in the January 6th insurrection, chief fraudster James Craig managed to plunge the primary to a new low. The lawless field has grown more chaotic and unsettled with Craig – whose “lazy and listless” campaign “never moved out of first gear” – throwing his name back in the ring.
If the last few weeks of submitting signatures from dead voters, skipping debates, and conducting interviews from the parking lot of a local watering hole are any indication of what’s to come, the fourth iteration of James Craig’s campaign is sure to end as well as the first three.
MDP spokesperson Rodericka Applewhaite issued the following statement:
“Has anyone tried unplugging the MIGOP and plugging it back in again? Chief fraudster James Craig’s far-fetched write-in campaign is only further proof that the irresponsible and lawless Republican primary field will remain chaotic and unsettled until the bitter end.”
