LANSING– This week, MDP Chair Lavora Barnes and DNC Chair Tom Perez appeared on Fox 2 Detroit highlighting the importance of voting by mail and the Democratic Party’s plans to turn Michigan blue and defeat Donald Trump in November.

Barnes: “People are worried about how they are going to put food on the table and how they are going to take care of their loved ones, which I get is primary in their minds, which is why it makes it even more important for us to deliver to their homes this ballot so it’s one less thing that they have to worry about, is how I go out and how I vote safely in August and November.”
