Michigan leaders speak out against Mike Rogers who’s only in this race for himself
LANSING — Michigan leaders are sounding the alarm on Mike Rogers for “abandon[ing] our state to go make millions” and lying about where he lives.

- Rep. Haley Stevens: “One thing we know about Mike Rogers is that he’s nowhere. And people don’t even know if he lives in Michigan. He served in Congress at the turn-of-the-century and then has just sort of been gone for the last 10 years. People don’t know who he is, they know who Elissa is.
- They know she’s got a national security background, that she’s focused on supply chains. She worked really hard to lower the cost of prescription drugs with that Inflation Reduction Act, getting Medicare to be that negotiator. And so, I am confident in Elissa in a big way.”
