Photo ID Law Improperly Administered All Across Michigan

LANSING – Tuesday the Michigan Democratic Party received numerous complaints from around the state, including Wayne, Oakland, Genesee and Ingham counties, from voters who were incorrectly told by election workers that they would be unable to vote without photo identification and from voters who were not offered an affidavit if they did not have photo ID. Some polling sites had large signs stating that voters could not vote without photo ID. More>
